We have found G7 to provide a prompt, knowledgeable and efficient service. Routine calls are picked up promptly and any urgent calls are responded to speedily by someone with the relevant business area expertise. G7 will often dial in in order to view further information which saves the lengthy process of sending screen shots and G7 also recreate issues on their systems in order to test out possible causes and potential fixes. G7 were tasked with the creation of letters required as part of GDPR legislation and also in the design and creation of views to assist with the non-standard routing of HR and Payroll tasks. In both instances, G7 kept us informed of progress, tested solutions alongside us in our development environment and provided us with documentation on changes made. In both instances, work was completed within very tight timescales and, in the case of the GDPR letter, with very little notice of when it was required to be deployed!
