The Role of G7
G7 supported the company from the vision and analysis phase through training the build team, Solution Design Documentation and development, key support and consultancy around the build and test and deployment of the final system build.

Activities within the financial team included go live floor walking, on line support and side by side coaching and issue fixing. Also post go live support and best practice working approaches across the system, allowing the Procure to Pay, Sales to Cash and Record to Report teams to become self-sufficient and transition to business as usual states effectively and timely.
